Yeah today’s WOD was supposed to be:
- Long row
- Squat Clean Thrusters
- Ring Dips
- Shorter row
- Less Squat Clean Thrusters
- …
- …
You get the idea.
Had no energy when we got to the box, still super sore from the Filthy 50. So coach basically just said. Pick something you suck at, and work on it.
So my WOD was this:
- Back Squats: 65%x5 - 75%x5 - 85%x5
- Several Butterfly Pull-Ups
- A Muscle Up
- Several Strict Pull-Ups
- Another Muscle Up
- Lot’s O Stretches
At least I showed up and was active right?
